EDWARDS -- Tas Cru and Mary Ann Casale will perform an evening of acoustic blues, folk and Americana at the Edwards Opera House on June 21 at 7 p.m.
Rawcuss, rowdy, gentle, sweet, eccentric, quirky, and outright irreverent are all words that fittingly describe Cru's songs and testify to his reputation as a one of the most unique of bluesmen plying his trade today. He is working on a new album “You Keep the Money,” scheduled to be released Summer 2014.
Casale, after a break from playing for over two decades has returned to performing and has recently released her album “Running Out of Time.” From sultry blues, to classic folk, always soulful, this eclectic performer always delivers.
Admission is $10, $5 for ages 6 to 12, under 6 are free.
