POTSDAM -- February’s “Dinner’s in the Bag!” at the Potsdam Food Co-op will feature Tamale Pie, along with Meal-Kits to go.
This casserole from Big Spoon Kitchen of Potsdam and features black beans, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and cheese that serves four.
Samples will be offered by Big Spoon at the Co-Op’s 1st Thursday Sampling on Feb. 1, from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Meal-Kits will also be available for purchase, complete with the recipe and Co-op ingredients to make the meal at home.
The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery is located at 24 Elm St.
