POTSDAM --The SUNY Potsdam men's hockey team will hold its annual Teddy Bear Toss during tonight’s (Friday) hockey game against the Curry College Colonels.
Fans are encouraged to bring a Teddy Bear to the contest with them in place of admission to the game. The bears will be thrown onto the ice after Potsdam's first goal of the game and then donated to local children in need.
Friday night's nonconference contest marks the second time ever that the two teams have met and the first since January 1987.
The puck drops at 7 p.m.
