St. Lawrence University's Summer Session fitness classes planned in Canton

CANTON -- St. Lawrence University's Summer Session 1 fitness classes have been announced. Offered will be:

"Adding Life to Your Years" with Robin Durocher on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30-10:30 a.m. and with Dawn Taylor on Fridays from 9:30-10:30 a.m.

From May 21 to June 7, Len Mackey will host HIIT classes on Tuesday and Thursday from noon-1 p.m., yoga on Tuesday and Thursday 1-2 p.m., and "Your Best Body" on Monday and Wednesday from 11 a.m.-noon.

Dawn Taylor will teach Body Bootcamp on Mondays and Wednesdays from noon-1 p.m. and 5-6 p.m., starting Thursday, May 17.

Lisa Francey Towle will teach Spin Express from 8:30-9 a.m., followed by Sculpt and Stretch, from 9-9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting May 17.

The courses are subsidized by the Wellness Committee.

Community members and walk-ins are welcome.

Six weeks of 30-minute classes twice per week is $30; 60-minute classes twice per week is $60; and 60-minute classes twice per week for eight weeks is $80.

The first 12 SLU faculty and staff who enroll pay half price.
