Honor Flight Syracuse is offering to take St. Lawrence County's terminally ill World War II and Korean War veterans for free to visit memorials in Washington, D.C. on Oct. 4.
It is a one-day trip via airplane.
Veterans must be with a guardian who is a relative or friend. Volunteers, including nurses, also accompany the veterans to provide support where needed.
