NORWOOD – The St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging is offering free 10-week fitness and nutrition program for adults over 60 years old.
The program will be held at the Norwood Municipal Building, North Main Street, on Thursdays from April 3 through June 5 from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
Kristen Colarusso, Regional Coordinator and Nutrition Team Leader at the Cornell Cooperative Extension, will instruct classes which will include physical fitness activities, group cooking projects and talks on optimal nutrition.
