POTSDAM -- The St. Lawrence County Arts Council is offering a Special Arts for Special Needs class, Tuesday, April 17, from 5:30-6:30 p.m., at SLC Arts classrooms in Downtown Snell Hall, 41 Elm St.
The course, Potsdam Integrated Preschool/ Early Elementary Music & Arts Class is an inclusive group for preschoolers and early elementary children with disabilities, their family, and friends, provides an opportunity for music and arts exploration in a supportive group environment.
Children are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities including singing, movement, dancing, playing instruments, creating, painting, and other arts exploration designed to stimulate the senses, encourage creativity and increase socialization.
The course costs $10.
