POTSDAM – Everyone is invited to stroll through historic Bayside Cemetery as we celebrate the lives of 19th and 20th century pastors of the Potsdam United Methodist Church at a memorial service at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 28.
Members of the congregation and friends will gather at the cemetery on the Back Hannawa Road for this Memorial Day Weekend observance, which will begin this year at the grave of Rev. Samuel Call.
Worshipers will place flowers on his grave and on the graves of the other six.
The honor roll of all deceased pastors -- not just those buried in Bayside -- will be read and prayers will be said.
