WADDINGTON -- The Lake St. Lawrence Arts Gallery, 10 Main St., will offer a sterling silver chain-maille bracelet workshop Sunday, Feb. 25, from 1-4 p.m.
Chain maille jewelry is made by connecting individual jump rings together in a consistent pattern (or weave) to create earrings, necklaces, bracelets, key chains, fobs, etc.
Students will learn a simple weave which introduces the tool work used to make these designs, and leave with a bracelet using a classic “twisted” design.
All materials will be supplied and no experience is necessary.
Cost to attend is $25.
Pre-register at www.lakestlawrencearts.com or call The Gallery at 315-869-3895.
There is a $30 at-the-door fee.
