A block dance kicks off at 8 p.m. with Home Grown Country and Man Fights Grizzle. A fireworks show is planned as well.
On Sunday, , there will be a frog jumping contest, Big Wheel races and a little firefighter obstacle course staring at noon.
A chicken BBQ will be served at 2 p.m. The cost is $10 for adults and kids, $9 for senior citizens and $5 for a half chicken only. The meal includes macaroni and potato salad, baked beans, a dinner roll and dessert. Preorder meals at 347-3932 or with Angi at 262-5555,
A silent auction will be held and a kayak will be raffled.
Concessions will be available all weekend too.
