• The first class is called Surprise Packages and is a good beginner quilt, although some knowledge of rotary cutting and basic sewing techniques is necessary. It will be offered Monday Oct. 17 or Saturday, Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (bring a lunch). Class fee: $15.
• The other class is titled Windfarm. There are a variety of pinwheels in this quilt top, but if you look close, you realize there is very little matching necessary. It will be offered Mondays, Oct. 24 and Nov. 7 or Saturdays, Oct. 29 and Nov. 12 from 9 a.m. – noon. Class fee: $17.50.
