POTSDAM – Hundreds of pint-sized spooks, cartoon characters and nearly anything else you might imagine will be strutting down the streets of downtown Potsdam Saturday, Oct. 30, taking part in the annual Rag-A-Muffin Parade and post-parade party at the fire station.
Area children are asked to line up at 12:45 p.m. at the Clarkson Inn parking lot, 1 Main St., and will begin their walk at 1 p.m. The cast of characters will make their way down Market Street, to Elm Street, to Park Street, ending at the Potsdam Fire Station.
Following the parade, children will be treated to cider and donuts at the fire station while they await their turn to ride in a fire truck.
The events are sponsored by the Potsdam Kiwanis Club and the Potsdam Fire Department.
