POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Town and Country Club, in its 90th year, has a golf tournament and dinner set for Oct. 1.
The tournament begins at noon with a shotgun start. Play will be two-person best ball, three flights. Cost is $75 per person for golf, the lobster dinner that night, and one raffle ticket.
The annual Lobster Fest will have two seatings, at 5 and 7:30 p.m. at the clubhouse. Raffle Prizes will be drawn at 7:15. Prizes include a golf membership for 2012, a cart pass for 2012, a range pass for 2012, a set of Ping irons, a Ping putter, and much more.
You can stay for Six Foot Midget, who will be playing after dinner around 9 p.m.
