POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Elks Lodge’s annual Hockey Shoot is at 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19 at Pine Street Arena.
It is open to anyone age 13 and under. The shoot is free and every registered shooter receives a T-shirt. The top three contestants will receive a prize.
No hockey experience is required. Shooters will be divided into groups according to age. They will take five shots at a skills net.
All shots will be stationary shots and points will be awarded for level of difficulty.
Parental permission is required.
Pre-registration slips will be available at the Potsdam Elks, 10 Elm St., and the Potsdam Elks Lodge Facebook page. You can also register the day of the event.
