POTSDAM -- Potsdam Comic Con is slated for Sept. 29-30 and is expected to include Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) legends “The Franchise” Shane Douglas, The Sandman, New Jack and Mikey Whipwreck.
The event is also expected to bring YouTube personalities, cosplayers, podcasters, vendors and vehicles such as Toronto Dadpool the spectral removal vehicle from Ghostbusters.
Other wrestlers expected to attend along with the ECW legends are former TNA women’s wrestler Angelina Love, WWE legend The Patriot, Canadian wrestlers Devon Hannibal and Lady Yasmine and Massena natives Payne and Shooter Storm.
The North Country Crusaders are also expected to attend the event.
Tickets range from $5 to $20 and can be purchased at https://potsdam-comic-con.ticketleap.com/. Kids under age 5 are admitted for free.
Hours on Saturday are noon to 10 p.m. and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The event takes place at the Pine Street Arena, 43 Pine St.
