POTSDAM – A local tavern and restaurant will join together Thursday, Dec. 2 to hold fundraising events to benefit the Potsdam Holiday Fund.
Julian’s Restaurant will offer a three-course gourmet meal at $40 per person from 5 to 9 p.m. Live entertainment will be provided by David Wells from 6 to 8 p.m. Special holiday cocktails will be made, and the Holiday Fund gift tree and tags will be available. Reservations are suggested: 274-9300.
McDuff’s Tavern, just across Market Street from the restaurant, will also hold a special event from 5 to 8 p.m., with appetizers, live music with Alex Vangellow, raffle and 50/50 drawings and special holiday cocktails. A $5 donation at the door is requested.
