POTSDAM -- May’s “Dinner’s in the Bag!” at the Potsdam Food Co-op, 24 Elm St., will feature penne with sun-dried tomatoes, black olives and artichokes, along with Meal-Kits to go.
Samples will be offered by Big Spoon Kitchen at the 1st Thursday Sampling from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. May 3.
The simple and flavorful pasta dish is easy to make in about 20 minutes and serves four as a main dish.
Meal-Kits will also be available all month for purchase, complete with the recipe and Co-op ingredients to make the meal at home.
The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery, a member-owned cooperative grocery store, is open to everyone daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
