MASSENA – Unique activities for parents with small children are now being offered at Gotta Dance Studio, North Raquette River Road.

Toddlers Tango and Babies Boogie are classes designed for infants and toddlers to participate in with their favorite adult.

They combine song and music from around the world with instruments, props, and catchy lyrics that create a fun experience.

Participants sing and move to music, using items such as shaky eggs, rhythm sticks, tambourines, streamers, beanbags, and bells, and learn songs that they can enjoy long after class is over.

"It gives kids a chance to socialize in a structured setting, perform and share the experience with each other and their parent," says instructor Shauna DuBray, known to the students as Miss Shauna. "Having two small kids of my own, I wanted to help families find the best activity, so we researched all the alternatives and found Toddlers Tango and Babies Boogie gave the most well-rounded variety of fun and learning."

Babies Boogie is designed for ages 6-24 months, and Toddlers' Tango is for ages 2-4. "We can do birthday parties, special events, and demonstrations, too. People come away with a sense of fun and can't wait to come back!"
