“Library Leprechaun Camp” will be held from noon to 2 p.m., with a reading of “The Night Before St. Patrick’s Day” by Natasha Wing. Children ages one to eight can make a leprechaun trap to try to catch their own leprechaun.
At 2 p.m. the library will host a Skype chat with Bruce Coville, author of “Jennifer Murdley’s Toad.” Registration is required at 393-4325. Preference will be given to “Battle of the Books” participants ages eight and older.
Between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Assemblywoman Addie Russell will take applications for this year’s “Student Cabinet.” Last year Russell assembled over fifty students from St. Lawrence and Jefferson Counties, and plans to continue her efforts this year. She is seeking students from seventh through 12th grade to advise her on issues concerning local youth.
