OGDENSBURG -- A meeting of the Ogdensburg farmers' market, the Ogdensburg GreenMarket, will be held at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, March 8 in the Dobisky Visitor’s Center, 100 Riverside Ave.
As the market plans another successful season they are looking for vendors and customers to help grow the market.
Topics for discussion are the need for seasonal growers to join the market, tips and techniques for selling at a farm market, pricing, time commitment, what’s involved in being a vendor, market management, among others.
Occasional vendors, plant growers, artists and crafters are invited to explore their role in the GreenMarket. Ideas and comments are welcome, as are people who are just thinking about being a vendor.
For more information, call Sandy Porter at the Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce office at 393-3620.
