CANTON – The St. Lawrence Valley office of Parent to Parent of NYS is hosting a “Parent’s Night Out” 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26 at the CP Association of the North Country, 4 Commerce Lane, for parents of individuals with special needs.
Discussion will cover elements of person-centered planning, components of adult life and using person-centered planning for youth transitioning from school to adult life. The event also offers opportunities for social activities, sharing of information and refreshments.
