WADDINGTON – A jamboree to benefit Bill Shoen to help with the expense of ongoing cancer treatment will be held Sunday, May 1 at the Waddington American Legion.
Bill is a longtime and much loved resident and a community leader of Waddington.
There will be a 50/50 raffle and Chinese auction all day.
From 1 to 2:30 p.m., the Acoustic Brothers will play.
At 2:30 p.m., there will be an auction.
Baby Boomer DJ Steve Helmase will provide music from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
From 5 to 6 p.m., Donna Miller will provide island music and easy listening.
His and Hers lounge music and fiddle tunes will perform from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
And the Smugglers will play from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Those who can’t attend but would like to help can send monetary donations to The Shoen Fund at Community Bank.
