MASSENA -- The Friends of the Nature Center will hold a “snow painting” at the Nature Center from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16.
Dress for weather, but wear play clothes.Following the snow painting at 2 p.m., Julia Rapczynski of SUNY Potsdam’s Student Counseling Center will lead a meditative walk through the snow labyrinth.
The walk can be used for receiving, reflecting or meditating, as well as discovering your own inner space.
Meet at the Nature Center, 19 Robinson Bay Road.
