CANTON – The fourth annual Maria Sergi Memorial Fun Run-Walk to benefit Canton-area children will be held Sunday, July 25 at the Remington Recreation Trail at the Partridge Run Golf Course.
All money raised through this fundraiser will be put back in the Canton community through: the Maria Sergi Memorial Scholarship at Canton High School, the Monsignor Billmeyer Playground at Canton Central School, and local youth programs.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a starting time of 9 a.m. Registration for adults is $15, and students $5.
There are many prizes to be won, including a basket of cheer, a child’s bicycle, St. Lawrence University and Clarkson University season hockey tickets, gift certificates from local restaurants, and jewelry.
Participants are asked to purchase a 50/50 raffle tickets before the walk. Drawings and prizes will be awarded after the event.
Refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the event.
