LISBON -- The Lights on the River display will officially open to the public this Saturday, Dec. 15. The light displays are set up around Lisbon Beach, Route 37, and will be viewable until Sunday, Dec. 23 from 5 to 9 p.m. each night.
The event, in its third year, will feature 78 displays by local organizations and businesses and Santa may be glimpsed.
While admission is free, donations of money or non-perishable food items will be accepted to benefit North Country food pantries. The first two years of the event donated over $16,000 in cash along with food to local pantries.
