CANTON -- The second session of planned monthly events to share tips, techniques and information about growing fruits and nuts in the North Country will happen on April 6 at 7 p.m.
The Local Living Venture’s Orchard Exchange is a casual discussion group format for all levels of enthusiasts.
The group is held the first Wednesday of each month on a pass-the-hat, free-will donation basis to support the group's activities and Local Living Venture workshop programming.
The gathering is held at the Betty Evans Community Room in the new wing of the E.J. Noble Medical Bldg. at 80 E. Main St.
The entrance is on the left side, at street level. The building is next door to the Best Western and across from the Price Chopper on U.S. Route 11 in Canton, and will have an orange 'Local Living Workshop Site' lawn site near the door.
