POTSDAM -- The Public Computer Center and the North Country Library System will present a free class Friday, June 17, 10 a.m. to noon, explaining “Overdrive,” a system to download Potsdam Public Library digital books.
Accessed via the “eMedia Library” icon on Potsdam Library’s website, Overdrive allows patrons to download e-books or audio books directly onto their computer, i-Pad, Nook, Kindle or other digital device from anywhere with an internet connection.
Class participants will learn to prepare a computer and accomplish successful downloads. There are never overdue fees with downloaded books.
