NORWOOD -- A kids’ Zumbatomic class is coming to Norwood-Norfolk Central School’s high school cafeteria on Thursday nights from 6:30-7:15 beginning Dec. 2.
ZumbAtomic is a dance-fitness program designed especially for kids using the Zumba concept. Its goal is to encourage kids to develop a healthy lifestyle through dance, music, games, and exercise. Families will learn fitness dances, play fun motivational games, and learn new rhythms and styles of music and culture, such as the cumbia, salsa, calypso, and the merengue. Participants should dress in comfortable clothes, wear sneakers, and bring a water bottle.
The cost is $4 per person or $10 per family of three or more.
