POTSDAM – An introductory ten week family-oriented martial arts and fitness program will be offered Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. starting Sept. 22 in Clarkson University’s downtown Snell Hall.
Lessons will emphasize the “art” of karate and provide an opportunity to improve the understanding of fitness and safe living. American Kang Duk Won Karate workouts are designed to improve mental and physical skills through disciplined routines of stretching, practice of martial arts movements and exercise methods for proper breathing and balance. No previous experience is required.
