POTSDAM – North Country Aikido will offer an introduction to aikido workshop from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28 at the Clarkson University fitness center. The workshop is open to all adults interested in learning about this non-aggressive martial art. The workshop includes hands-on participation, demonstration, and description of aikido philosophy.
