OGDENSBURG/MASSENA — St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES Adult Education and Workforce Development will offer new free literacy and professional development programming for qualifying adults in both Ogdensburg and Massena.
This new programming will give participants the option to choose which Adult Education course is best for them.
Choices include workforce training and/or high school equivalency preparation and both options can be completed in only eight weeks.
These new offerings will give students more employment choices and will focus on preparing students to enter the job market.
Interested participants must pre-register for an informational session.
Mandatory informational sessions will be held on January 7, 2019 at the BOCES building off of Highway 37 next to Northwest Career and Technical Center in Ogdensburg and January 8, 2019 at the Massena Public Library in Massena.
Interested individuals must qualify for this free programing.
If you lack a high school diploma or receive food stamps from St. Lawrence County, you may be eligible to participate.
