POTSDAM -- Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley is offering free workshops for caregivers. Affiliation with the organizations is not necessary to attend.
On Sept. 11, "Taking Care of the Caregiver" is information on self- care and stress management.
On Oct. 9, "Navigating Changing Heal Care Need" is tools for tracking and managing health care changes.
Nov. 13 is "Alzheimer’s and Dementia: Coping as a Caregiver."
All will run form 3 to 4 p.m. at the Hospice Center in Potsdam.
Pre-registration is suggested, but not required.
