LISBON -- A Hero Rush Youth Obstacle Race with Family Heat is set for Aug. 16 at Firemen’s Field.
Sponsored by Lisbon Homecoming, the event is a two-mile race with obstacles including balance beams, a 20-foot mud crawl, log lug, fireman splash, wall climb and log jump.
Registration starts at noon and the race begins at 1 p.m.
The pre-registration fee is $5 per youth or adult. For $10, registrants will also get a t-shirt. They are guaranteed to those who pre-register.
Race day registration is $10 per person, no shirt.
Age groups include 13 to 18, 7 to 12 and a family heat of one youth age 7 and under with one adult.
