GOUVERNEUR -- Gouverneur Hospital will host the Lunch and Learn Program on Tuesday, Aug. 23 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the East Wing Community Room.
The topic is "Wellness Tips As We Age" and will cover stress, financial burdens, supplements and more.
The free session will include a presentation, lunch and time for questions and is open to the community.
