CANTON – The Go Gray for Lon Fundraiser will be held Friday, Oct. 26 from 3-7 p.m. at the VFW in Canton on Gouverneur Street.
The event is being held to support Lon Rosenbarker who suffered a stroke in May of this year, ultimately leading to the diagnosis of stage 4 brain cancer.
Rosenbarker is a former long time resident of Canton and worked at St. Lawrence University for 30 years.
Prior to this diagnosis, he owned and operated Rosenbarker Construction. Currently, he is undergoing treatment.
There will be a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, cash bar, door prizes and finger foods.
