MASSENA -- Massena Memorial Hospital will be holding a free six-week Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop on Wednesdays from 4 to 6:30 p.m. from Sept. 21 through Oct. 26.
The aim of the workshop is to help participants manage and improve their health and lifestyles while living with a chronic disease.
