CANTON -- The St. Lawrence University Fitness Center will offer three free indoor cycling classes at the Stafford Fitness Center, Newel Field House.
The classes will be taught by a Schwinn certified cycling instructor and all levels of riders are welcome.
The classes will be Wednesday, Feb. 6 from 8 to 9 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 7 from noon to 1 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 9 from 10 to 11 a.m.
