OGDENSBURG -- On Aug. 10, the children of Ogdensburg are invited to the Frederic Remington Art Museum’s fourth annual Tea Party on the Lawn at Kid's Place, 323 Washington St.
Tea will be served from 2 to 3:30 p.m. They are encouraging the younger set to come in their favorite dress-up clothes, including fancy hats, as much jewelry as possible, and of course white gloves, if possible.
Cookies and lemonade will be served in their finest china. Crafts and music will be part of the afternoon activities. A good book will be read by Mrs. Bonnie Wright, the children's librarian.
In case of inclement weather, the party will be at the Ogdensburg Community Center.
For more information, call Mary LaCombe at 393-2425 or e-mail Mary@fredericremington.org, or call Bonnie Wright at 393-4325.
