POTSDAM -- SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music will present an evening of sonatas for piano and violin Thursday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m., in the Sara M. Snell Music Theater.
Guest artist Cullan Bryant will perform on piano, alongside Jerilyn Jorgensen, a visiting assistant professor of violin at The Crane School of Music. The concert will include sonatas by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Claude Debussy, Paul Hindemith and Edvard Grieg.
This concert is free, and the public is invited to attend.
During his visit to The Crane School of Music, Bryant will also lead a masterclass with three accomplished string students. The guest artist will accompany the students on selected works and then coach them in a collaborative educational session, on Wednesday, Feb. 7.
