CANTON -- The Edward I. Moses Walk/Run for Life will host a kickoff to the St. Lawrence County Cancer Fund fundraiser from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 24 at The Club in Canton.
The event will feature information about the upcoming 38th fundraiser to be held April 24 at Appleton Arena.
Participants, sponsors and those interested in learning more about the event and the St. Lawrence County Cancer Fund are invited to attend.
Refreshments will be provided and a cash bar is available.

The St. Lawrence County Cancer Fund distributed $90,000 for programming in 2016 in support of the local fight against cancer. The programs provide screenings, education and assist patients and families as they seek treatment. The Edward I. Moses Walk/Run for life is the primary fundraiser for the St. Lawrence County Cancer Fund. All money raised remains in our community.
