MASSENA -- A “Doggie Winter Fashion Show-n-Hike” will be held at the Robert Moses Nature Center, 19 Robinson Bay Rd., 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26 as part of the Winter Carnival.
Prizes will be awarded for the “best dressed,” “largest” and “cutest” contestants.
Following the award ceremony dogs and their owners can take a guided hike through the Nature Center trails. The hike will be approximately 1.5 miles and smaller children and dogs may be pulled on sleds. Dress for the weather and bring snowshoes if you have them. Lightweight snowshoes will be available. Hot chocolate and treats will be offered around the fire pit after the hike.
