BRASHER FALLS -- The third “Color Me Blue” walk and run for autism will be July 30 at 8 a.m. at the Tri-Town Rec Center, 746 State Rte. 11C.

Proceeds will benefit the Puzzle Piece Foundation, which assists with education needs for autistic children. They recently gave $1,500 to Kennedy Elementary in Ogdensburg and Norwood-Norfolk Central for classroom tech upgrades.

Race registration is $20.

All who sign up in advance get a t-shirt.

There will be an alternate route for those who do not want to be doused in color as they compete.

Event organizers say those who want to run the color portion should wear white t-shirts and sunglasses.

Awards, drinks and light snacks will be provided.

Register, sponsors, donors: mlafave@thepuzzlepiecefoundation.org. People can also sign up at www.thepuzzlepiecefoundation.org/events.html.
