CANTON -- The next meeting of the St. Lawrence County Environmental Management Council will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 18 in the second-floor conference room of the Public Safety Complex across Court Street from the County Courthouse.
The speaker will be Susan Powers, Director of the Institute for a Sustainable Environment at Clarkson University. She will provide an update on climate change in New York State.
