POTSDAM — The Clarkson University Students Without Borders will host their annual “Running for World Health 5K Race” on Saturday, Oct. 1, at 10 a.m.
Register from 8 to 9:45 a.m. The race starts and ends at Clarkson’s Walker Center.
A one-mile fun run for kids will be held too.
The cost is $30 or $20 for students.
The first 150 registrants will receive a t-shirt and swag bag.
Proceeds support the organizations medical mission trip to the Dominican Republic. Students provide healthcare to underserved areas in the country. The trip usually lasts 1-2 weeks. Students bring medical supplies and medications for the trip and gifts for local children.
