OGDENSBURG – Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Ogdensburg will hold its annual CARITAS Dinner Sunday, Oct. 16 at the Gran-View Restaurant, Rt. 37 with cash bar at 4:30 p.m. and dinner at 5 p.m.
The 2011 CARITAS Award recipients are Deacon Ronald and Mrs. Beth Ste.-Marie of St. Anthony of Padua Parish, Inlet.
The 2011 Legacy Award recipient is Joy Leader, St. James Parish, Gouverneur.
Catholic Charities will also be honoring the Deacon Community of the Diocese of Ogdensburg.
The cost is $40 per person and reservations are needed by Oct. 10.
All proceeds from dinner will be used to provide aid to flood victims, financial assistance and counseling to individuals and families in need.
