CANTON -- In recognition and of the annual Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, the Canton Clergy Association will hold a Pulpit Exchange Jan. 20.
Each congregation will follow its traditional liturgy or order of worship with a pastor from a sister church delivering the sermon or homily.
The morning will begin at 9 a.m. with worship at St. Mary’s Church where Rev. Mike Catanzaro will deliver the homily.
Worship services begin at 10 a.m. with Mother Evette Austin preaching at the United Methodist Church. Father Doug Lucia will preach at Grace Episcopal Church, and Pastor Michael Terrell will offer the homily at the First Presbyterian Church.
