CANTON -- MACS Canoe Livery is providing canoes to use in the Friday afternoon "Original Rushton" event at the 50th Canton Canoe Weekend.
This is a 7-mile downriver event ending in the village of Canton.
The race, covering the original Rushton Canoe Race course, starts at 3:30 p.m. at the County Route 21 Bridge over the Grasse River, and the finish is at Canton Island Park in the village of Canton.
This "friendly paddle" will benefit from a shuttle service.
