OGDENSBURG – The annual Festival of the Trees, Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Auxiliary's biggest fundraiser of the year, will be held on Saturday, Dec. 4 at the New York State Armory on Ford and Elizabeth streets.
Admission is free from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features the hollyberry sale, once loved Christmas treasures, children's activities, quilt raffles, a lottery basket guaranteed to pay the winner at least $100, and the silent bids on about 50 beautifully decorated trees and 40 gift baskets.
Evening activities begin at 6 p.m. with a $15 donation and feature the live auction with John Lynch, Gerald Sholette and Mark Darou, musical entertainment by Joe Ramsey and Ken LaRock, hors d'oeuvres, cash bar, desserts and coffee.
