POTSDAM – An “Ancient Breath Journey” workshop class will take place Jan. 8, taught by Becky Harblin is a shamanic practitioner and reflexologist who has apprenticed with an Amazonian shaman.
The workshop will enable participants to use the techniques of transpersonal breath work to help facilitate growth and expand consciousness.
Participants will learn how to use music, breath, and intention to move into deep, non-ordinary states of awareness.
