WEST POTSDAM -- The St. Lawrence County AARP Chapter cordially invites all interested parties to attend the June 19 luncheon and presentation at the West Potsdam Fire Hall.
RSVP to Karen at 315-265-6705 by June 14. Cost is $12 and includes tuna salad, egg salad, and chicken salad, sliced tomato, thin sliced onion, and rolls, pasta salad, vegetable platter, dessert and beverage.
In addition to lunch, Ellie Beeler will teach chair yoga to attendees.
All seated postures are done in a chair and the chair is used for stability and support during standing postures.
